A walk-in climate chamber with a usable interior space of about 40 m³ is used for air-conditioning simulations between -40 °C and 80 °C at a high humidity variability and fast reaction time. This setup enables a wide bandwidth of air-conditioning simulations (without solar simulator). Building technology systems can be evaluated under practical conditions in combination with two test chambers ("climate chamber laboratory"). Therefore, extensive measurement, data collection and process automation systems are provided.
